Dear FeCRA Members

 

We would like to invite you to our FeCRA AGM at 18.30 on 18th April at the
Perse School, Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 8QF at which campaigner and
conservationist Dame Fiona Reynolds will give a talk on 'The Fight for
Beauty'. This will be followed by a panel discussion chaired by Dame Fiona:
'Can Cambridge grow in a way to achieve beauty? Can RAs make a difference?' 

 

Panel members: 

Richard Buxton - a specialist environmental lawyer based in Cambridge will
focus on issues of process and citizen involvement.

Colin Wiles - an independent housing consultant and member of East Mill Road
Action Group and Romsey Action will look at housing issues.

Robin Pellew  - the Chair of Cambridge Past Present and Future's planning
committee will cover issues relating to the Local Plan.

Glen Richardson - Urban Design and Conservation Manager, Cambridge City
Council, will focus on urban design and how residents can make a difference.
