Consultation Update on Draft Mill Road Depot Planning and Development Brief Supplementary Planning Document 

 

This is an update to our previous consultation notification dated 2 June 2016; 

 

the above consultation is being extended a week until Friday 22 July 2016 to provide more time for the submission of comments on the Draft Planning and Development Brief, and 

 

a public exhibition is taking place at the Old School Hall, St Barnabas Church, Mill Road on Tuesday 21, June 2016, from 12 Noon to 9pm. 

 

The Planning and Development brief will help guide the re-development of the site for housing. It outlines the aspirations of the site, as well as the key issues, constraints and opportunities that will influence how future development on site will take place. The draft Planning and Development brief has been prepared to support the delivery of the entire site which is allocated in the emerging Cambridge Local Plan 2014: Proposed Submission (as amended), under reference R10. 

 

The six-week consultation period of the draft Planning and Development Brief (SPD) runs from: 

 

9am on Friday 3 June 2016 to 5pm on Friday 22 July 2016 

 

The draft document is available for inspection along with other relevant supporting documents at the following locations: 

 

Online on the Council’s website at:

At the Council’s Customer Service Centre at Mandela House, 4 Regent Street, Cambridge, CB2 1BY from 9am-5:15pm Monday-Friday.
